Sun-Sat 10 Sep 2017 2.30pm-5.00pm Wey & Arun CT Heritage open day guided walk from Gunpowder Store (Shalford) to Bramley. Approx 2.5km, 2 hours, starting from Stonebridge Wharf, the walk follows parts of the course of the original canal to the former Bramley Wharf. Sat 23 Sep 2017 11.00am-dusk National Trust Wey River Festival, Dapdune Wharf. Boaters and visitors alike are welcome to celebrate everything that is great about the river. There'll be plenty to do such as crafts, Surrey Wood Turners and many other foodie and activity stands. Thu 16 Nov 2017 7.30pm IWA Salisbury Group “The Thames Sailing Barge” These craft were commercial vessels with flat bottoms built for the shallow waters and rivers of the Thames Estuary in the 19th century.
